The villa

Built with restraint

Villa Adistria was built with restraint. The architecture borrows from old Istrian farmhouses - pale stone, deep eaves, walls that hold the cool - and pairs them with the kind of comforts a modern stay deserves.

The village of Sveti Petar u Šumi has been here for nearly a thousand years. Its Pauline monastery still stands at the center, and the surrounding hills are stitched with olive groves and small vineyards.
